Our Project Management service at Wright Property Partners is designed to ensure that your property development projects are executed flawlessly from inception to completion. We begin with providing accurate refurbishment quotes that include contingencies, ensuring that there are no surprises or unexpected costs along the way. Our extensive network of trusted tradesmen and solid contracts with builders ensure that all parties involved are protected and committed to delivering high-quality work on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Our project management approach includes meticulous oversight of every stage of the development process. From planning and design to execution and final touches, we manage each phase with precision. We also handle the management of stage payments to builders, ensuring that the financial aspects of the project run smoothly and that work progresses without delays.

The Project Management fee for our services is charged at 10% of the refurbishment cost and is payable upfront. This fee ensures that you receive comprehensive project management support, enabling you to focus on your broader investment strategy while we handle the day-to-day management and coordination.
